MONETA Money Bank (formerly GE Money Bank and GE Capital Bank ) is a Czech banking institution that was previously part of the General Electric financial group . It specializes in banking services for individuals and businesses (especially small and medium-sized enterprises). The largest shareholders of the bank in 2021 were Tanemo as ( PPF ) (29.94%), Barclays Bank Plc (8.62%) and Raiffeisen Bank International AG (6.51%). [4] In the same year, Pavel Tykač also invested in the bank through his companyManecomte Limited (2.57%) and other business partners. In December 2021, Moneta's shareholders approved at the General Meeting the intention to merge with the financial institutions of the PPF Group ( Air Bank , Home Credit ).
