Raiffeisen Bank Aval

Raiffeisen Bank Aval is the largest bank in Ukraine, with more than 500 branches and offices nationwide. 

Raiffeisen Bank Aval is a fully-fledged universal bank offering standard and investment banking products and services to private individuals, small businesses, and corporate clients. In addition to its broad product portfolio, it also provides financial advisory services to corporate clients. Its 19 subsidiaries provide leasing and factoring services, as well as insurance.

Oschadbank is a commercial bank with state capital in Ukraine. It is the country's largest bank, owned by the Ukrainian government. Oschadbank is one of the oldest banks in Ukraine, founded in September 1991. The word "Oschad" means "Security."

Oschadbank's assets are valued at 73.9 billion UAH. The bank has 35,000 employees and 2,640 branches, almost 3,150 ATMs, and 3,200 payment terminals.

The bank offers a full range of banking services to retail and corporate clients, including cash management services, loans, leasing; settlement services; securities settlement; foreign exchange operations; payroll projects, international banking services; asset management services; and insurance services.


PrivatBank is the largest bank in Ukraine by most measures. It has over 20 million customers, 466 billion Ukrainian hryvnia in assets, and 30,000 employees.

PrivatBank has also been a pioneer in new banking technology with such accomplishments as being Ukraine’s first to introduce mobile banking for both smartphones and regular mobile phones as well as launching a new universal payment card called “Privat24” that allows customers to pay for goods and services both online and offline without having to use cash or traditional credit cards.


Ukreximbank is Ukraine's largest export-import bank, with total assets of USD 6.9 bn. The Bank has over 1,000 employees and operates through more than 83 branches and offices.

Ukreximbank is one of the leading financial institutions providing banking services to private customers and small- and medium-sized businesses. In addition, its Corporate Business Department serves some of the largest local companies and many international corporations. Ukreximbank offers a comprehensive range of banking services: traditional deposit services, loans, credit lines, investment banking services, commercial and investment projects financing, correspondent banking, trade finance, settlement services, etc.


UkrGasBank was established in 1992 and is a universal commercial bank with a license from the National Bank of Ukraine for a full range of banking services. The bank has about  4250 employees.

UkrGasBank says it offers its clients a full range of banking services and products, including loans to individuals and businesses; trade finance; leasing; project financing; foreign currency exchange; payment processing; money transfers; safe deposit boxes; pension fund management; insurance; and brokerage services.

UkrGasBank has more than 248 branches throughout Ukraine, including two offices in Kyiv (capital) and UAH 130.817 billion in assets. 


Sberbank, the largest bank in Russia and Eastern Europe, has been a significant financial institution in Ukraine since 2005. The Sberbank Group offers its Ukrainian customers a full range of services, including retail lending and card product offerings and corporate lending to large local companies, including subsidiaries of foreign companies. Sberbank’s partners include a network of international banks, leading global credit card organizations such as Visa and MasterCard, and various Russian and international leasing companies.

Sberbank is Russia’s largest bank by assets with more than USD 497 billion (2020). The bank has 187 branches in Central and Eastern Europe, 110 in Kazakhstan, and 91 in Ukraine. The Sberbank Group employs approximately 281,000 people worldwide.


UkrSibbank is a universal bank that provides a wide range of financial services and products to corporate, small business, and retail customers. The Bank operates through 260 branches and subsidiaries.

As of June 30, 2016, UkrSibbank was the largest bank in Ukraine by total assets (52.01 trillion UAH) and 5,000+ employees with over 10 million retail clients and over 200 thousand corporate clients.

UkrSibbank has been operating in Ukraine since 1990. It is part of BNP Paribas Group – one of the strongest banks globally, a leading European financial institution, and one of the six strongest banks in the world rated by Standard & Poor's. First Ukrainian International Bank

First Ukrainian International Bank (FUIB) is based in Kyiv, Ukraine. It was founded in 1992 and is a subsidiary of the Ukrainian Investment Group. Its current CEO is Ihor Burakovskiy. Its total assets are estimated at UAH 3.7 billion. The bank employs over 3,899 people.

Services offered by FUIB include Visa cards, Mastercard, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Business accounts, Loans for small and medium businesses, Car Loans, Mortgages, and foreign currency exchange services.

Alfa-Bank JSC

Alfa-Bank JSC is a Ukrainian subsidiary of Alfa-Bank group, the largest commercial bank in Russia. Alfa-Bank JSC is the largest private bank in Ukraine by total assets and one of the largest by loans to clients and deposits from clients. As of 2020, it had an equity of 61.85 billion USD. 

The bank offers universal banking services for corporate and private clients. Its service portfolio includes loans, deposits, trade finance operations, cash management services, foreign exchange operations, money transfers, cash collection (including through ATMs), securities settlement, brokerage services, and investment banking operations.
